The organizational problem

Why this needed to exist

A useful assistant concept can fail when identity, permissions, source systems, curriculum authority, security responsibilities, user experience, and commercial ownership are treated as afterthoughts. The challenge was to design a district-ready pathway that separates educational methodology from technical operations and makes every scale decision evidence-dependent.
