The organizational problem

Why this needed to exist

Career assessments often stop at a list of occupations. Learners still need to understand which routes are realistic, what evidence or preparation comes next, and whether their school or community has made those opportunities accessible. Adults face the same disconnect when translating prior learning and work into a career transition. The challenge was to create one pathway model that supports individual agency while also showing institutions where programs, experiences, and opportunity networks are weak.

Applied executive judgment

Human Review as Product Architecture

A September 2026 market signal reinforced a product decision already built into InTYllectual Enterprises' independent ACT Readiness/Peer Coach Prototype: practitioner review must control release, not merely comment after publication.

  1. 01Signal

    Internal use preceded external scale

Morgan & Morgan reported nearly 5,000 monthly users on its internally built MX2 platform and described plans for invitation-only external access by the end of 2027.

  2. 02Executive interpretation

    Adoption evidence should precede commercialization

The relevant pattern is the sequence: solve a real workflow, validate it with practitioners, establish operating controls, and only then expand access.

  3. 03Applied decision

    Expert approval controls student release

PrepPath remains gated until a qualified reviewer independently attempts each item, inspects every remediation branch, approves the exact content version, and checks the finished video.

  4. 04Evidence

The workflow makes incomplete status visible

The September 18, 2026 review capture recorded 18 versioned content bundles, 54 remediation-script drafts, zero approved bundles and no finished videos released. These are historical counts, not a current readiness claim.

  5. 05Safeguards and measurement

A release gate can be audited

Version history, standards mapping, reviewer decisions, final-playback checks, and a documented stop condition separate completed evidence from proposed validation and future outcomes.
